Inspired by Chef Andrea Uzarowski’s upbringing in Denmark and her family’s traditional shortbread recipe, Süti captures the nostalgia of home baked sweets, elevated through a modern, seasonal lens. These butter-rich cookies capture the European tradition of enjoying a small sweet alongside coffee, as well as pausing to enjoy a few minutes of calm in the midst of a hectic week.

Our space, in a beautifully preserved 1890s building on Pearl Street, is equally designed to encourage a daily detour from your to-do list.
