The Supper Club at Süti & Co.

Over the past few months, I’ve been working behind the scenes to launch a new, after-hours dinner series for our local Boulder community. Inspired by the recipes I learned at my grandmother’s side, my many years in Michelin-starred kitchens and more recent adventures in catering as the owner of Fresh Food Further, this supper club is an opportunity to bring together the whole of my culinary experiences in a more personal, creative setting.

Hosted on Saturdays throughout the warmer months, these outdoor gatherings are as much about community as they are about food. My hope is that you meet a like-minded stranger, enjoy the stunning simplicity of peak season produce and reconnect with your loved ones for a few hours in the open air.

Tickets for these prix fixe, multi-course dinners (including wine pairings!) are now live for May and will become available on a rolling basis on the 1st of each month (June dates will go live May 1st, etc.). New at Süti & Co.

EASTER EGG COOKIES
Available starting April 2nd

Laced with lemon zest and adorned with pastel icing, these seasonal shortbreads will delight little ones and adults alike. Full sized cookies will be available in our bakery case beginning on Sunday, April 2nd. We will also offer a limited number of pre-packaged bags of miniature egg cookies—a perfect addition to easter baskets!

 

IN SEARCH OF AMAZING MAMAS

As a single mother and an entrepreneur, I never cease to be awed and inspired by the things we do for our children. That’s why, this Mother’s Day, we will be honoring one incredible local mom who has defied the odds to create a better life for herself and her family. The lucky winner will not only have a cookie named after her, but a portion of all proceeds from its sale will go to the non-profit organization of her choosing. Causing a Stir
Saturday, April 29th

This month, we are proud to join other bar-setting female chefs and food professionals at the Big Stir Festival in Denver on Saturday, April 29th. Hosted by the Colorado Chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier International, this first annual festival will feature tastings, educational seminars, local products, live music and well-deserved leadership awards for 10 local female leaders in the culinary scene. We’d love to see you there!

A new obsession of the Süti & Co. team, these reusable cloths are one of our favorite useful gifts. Machine washable (or you can throw them in the dishwasher!), they’re a stylish and functional replacement for paper towels.
