Here comes the sun.
Summer’s in the air.
The greenmarket is starting to burst with juicy, vibrant produce. Fragrant herbs and edible flowers are beginning to bloom in our garden beds. And our patio is overflowing with both regulars and new friends, stopping by for a few serene moments in the sunshine.
It seems that winter is a distant memory, as this year’s lengthy false spring has already been warming our little cottage for weeks. Now that summer is on our doorstep, we’re brimming with new ideas—and events!—to take full advantage of the shifting seasons.
On our menu, you can expect ice cream sandwiches served on housemade shortbread cookies, as well as an elegant affogato experience that invites you to savor every sip. Even our hydration situation has gotten an upgrade, with complimentary infused water available to our customers all day long.
Last but not least—beyond our signature supper clubs—you can expect more live music and new workshops with like-minded local creatives. It’s just the start of summer…and we can’t wait to share what else we have in store.

New Workshops
Our summer workshops on the patio kick off this month with a paper “joy bird” class from Nanci of Small Colorful Things on June 5th. Keep your eyes peeled for other hands-on classes, as we feature local artisans and fresh ideas for brightening up your space.
Father’s Day
If you know a dad with a sweet tooth (and good taste!), we’ve got plenty of delicious ways to make his day. Please note that any pastry special orders must be placed at least one week before the holiday in order to ensure availability. Or simply swing by that Sunday to treat him to a spontaneous celebration!
Live Music
We already have several shows lined up for this summer, including a groovy morning with one of Boulder’s boldest performers—Zivanai Masango—on Sunday, June 8th. Then, later this month, on June 28th, we will welcome jazz pianist Hanna Aparo as our newest live performance artist.
Supper Club | Saturday, June 28th
Join us for a 4-5 course prix fixe meal on our patio, featuring the freshest produce of the season. This particular dinner will be vegetarian and also includes mocktail pairings and dessert. If you’ve yet to join us for one of these intimate dinners, it’s a lovely opportunity to meet like-minded neighbors from the Boulder community—and to learn a bit about the childhood and professional memories that drive Andrea’s creativity in the kitchen.
