Sharing our “secret” ingredients.

The finishing touch.

We all know a talented home cook who whips up the most wonderful meals out of nothing. Yet if you look closely at what these savvy hosts have in common, it’s likely their well-stocked pantries. As a chef with a hectic schedule, I’ve found that my version of well-stocked includes not only high-quality dry and canned goods, but also some versatile homemade items—like pickles, compound butters or finishing salts—that can be layered, sprinkled or drizzled over countless different dishes. These “secret” ingredients are the inspiration for our latest Süti & Co. launch: signature pantry products that can elevate even the simplest of meals.

Keep an eye on our social posts this month for early access to the first Süti & Co. pantry products, which will be available both online and in-store.

In other big news, we’re gearing up for our first anniversary celebration with two back-to-back supper clubs on September 22nd and 23rd. All guests at those dinners will be gifted with Süti & Co. pantry items to take home as inspiration for their next home-cooked meal.

P.S. - We still have a select number of tickets available for our August supper club—an entire menu dedicated to peak-season tomatoes! We’re proud to feature produce from our friends at Forevergreen Farm and 100x Farms at this event.

FLAVORS OF THE MONTH

August’s cookie—the “Björn”—is an homage to our extra generous neighbor (and fellow Scandi!), Pontus Jakobsson, the founder of Björn’s Colorado Honey. We love that his locally harvested honey adheres to traditional Swedish beekeeping standards, and have even included a drizzle of his lavender honey in this vanilla shortbread and honeycomb cookie.

On the savory side, our toast of the month will feature Colorado’s inimitable peaches: Moxie challah bread topped with whipped ricotta, fresh and pickled peaches, and a drizzle of basil simple syrup.

BY POPULAR DEMAND

Our non-cookie pastry selection continues to grow, including a gluten-free and vegan Persian Love Cake infused with cardamom, a colorful rosewater glaze and rose petals. Our fan-favorite olive oil cake can also be purchased whole or by the slice (but please give us 2 days' notice if you want to buy a full cake). Last but not least, for those who can enjoy both butter and flour, we’ve been experimenting with a range of seasonal sweet and savory scones.
