When we first opened our doors in September of last year, to say we weren’t sure what to expect would be an understatement. Yet from the first person who stepped through our doors (Hi Priscilla!), to the many dozens of you who have not only stopped by, but keep coming back week after week…we truly cannot express our gratitude enough. To put it in numbers, 52% of all our customers have visited more than once—a massive win for any small business. In a world where attention is fleeting (and most trends are over before we even know they’ve started), the opportunity to slow down and meaningfully connect with our community is all we ever could have asked for.

Opening a physical location is a huge risk, especially when you’re self-financing your business. Yet it was always my hope that if we stayed fully independent, we would be able to provide a truly unique, personal style of hospitality. Your support has empowered us to make big changes and take creative risks. If you can imagine it, we initially thought we might make the same five cookies in perpetuity! Since then, we’ve not only whipped up dozens and dozens of new flavors, but we’ve also drawn inspiration from your requests for different kinds of pastries, expanded (and re-expanded) our patio—and fulfilled Chef Andrea’s longtime dream of launching a supper club inspired by the freshest produce and products of the moment.

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Join us September 22nd-24th for a full weekend of celebrations! First up, TWO back-to-back supper clubs. On Friday, a vegetarian menu with tunes from Lucas Wolfe to set the mood. Then, on Saturday, an omnivorous feast inspired by the best of the greenmarket.

At both dinners, guests will also take home a little gift from our brand new line of Süti & Co. pantry items. Finally, on Sunday, we’ll be serving an à la carte brunch featuring fluffy waffles and sweet and savory crepes. Stay tuned for more details via Instagram!

Anna | Lemon zest shortbread with raspberry filling (this one has never left the menu!)

Lily | Chocolate shortbread with chocolate ganache and rose petals (pictured)

George | Shortbread infused with homemade dark chocolate-almond toffee

Magdalena | Candied walnut shortbread with fig butter

Szilvia | Chocolate-vanilla shortbread with vanilla curd and fresh lavender


PARTIES + SPECIAL ORDERS AT SÜTI & CO.

In addition to our supper clubs and other public events, we’ve been quietly hosting a number of after-hours private gatherings on our patio. From curated cocktail hours, to 30-40 person dinners, it’s been a pleasure to collaborate with local families and Boulder small business owners on these gorgeous, intimate gatherings.

We’ve also had the pleasure of providing our signature süti cookies for bridal and baby showers, corporate meetings and other events—from Colorado all the way to the east coast!
